Manufactured tiny houses and sheds are built of quality materials and craftsmanship. We employ superb framers and finish carpenters that ensure a high end product even if it is smaller than the average building. Manufactured structures are built inside our shop to be sheltered from the elements and allow building to carry on year round.
Tiny homes are the new solution to the housing shortage. Compact living space, with economical utilities costs makes them a lovely little home for young people just starting out, or for those retired persons with less focus on square feet, and more attention to detail and high end finishes. While considered modular units, these homes are built to last and can be permanently set on a full foundation to increase living space and property value. Teton Truss will not be manufacturing individual tiny homes for sale to homebuyers. If you are interested in ordering three or more units please contact us about pricing and production time.
In 2017 Teton Truss & Lumber started a Tiny Home community in Etna, Wyoming called the Etna Shire. The Shire has six units currently available for rent. In the future tiny homes will be available for sale with land within the Shire Community. Please visit www.etnashire.net for more information on our tiny home community. Cabins are manufactured tiny homes usually built for the purpose of temporary housing. Cabin projects we have done in the past have been used as employee housing or camping cabins offered for rent. From shells to fully completed units - you decide when our scope of work stops. Cabins are not offered for individual sale.
Sheds are manufactured mobile storage solutions and come in a variety of designs. Sheds are built in the winter inside our shop and offered for sale as long as supplies last. They are about half the size of a garage for a quarter of the cost. The perfect storage unit, built for mountain snow loads.
12 x 20 is our most economical shed (per sqft)! Why park your vehicle outside in the winter when you have a garage? Move the mower, toys, and clutter into an organized storage shed and park your vehicle inside. No more frozen aggravated mornings scraping icy windshields driving behind a foggy windshield.
